A Healthy Brew
Yaupon is the only caffeinated plant native to North America, closely related to yerba maté from South America. Packed with anti-oxidants and low in tannins, it offers a mellow flavor that won't turn bitter.
Beyond its delicious taste, Yaupon provides numerous health benefits; including digestive support and mood enhancement thanks to theobromine the same compound found in dark chocolate. Thriving in tough ecosystems, Yaupon is pest-resistant and drought-tolerant, making it a sustainable choice that supports local wild-harvesters. Farming yaupon promotes economic and social growth.
