About Wild American Tea
Another milestone for Wild American Tea, the day we bought our house. Like the tea shop we constructed all aspects; from the floors, walls and ceilings, all the way to the plumbing and electrical. Built with our own two hands, we learned as we go.
Yaupon can grow up to 30 ft. tall, it's a native evergreen shrub that grows bright red berries in the winter.
This creek runs through the back of our Wild American Tea farm. All of our tea is wild harvested with much love to the land!
Thinning the forest of Yaupon, helps prevents forest fires along with providing us with healthy tea!

We have set off on an adventure with our business, Wild American Tea. After selling our city homes, we moved to the Piney Woods of Deep East Texas to grow, harvest and produce organic Yaupon tea. Racheal RN, an experienced ER nurse since 2007 and mother of adult sons contributes with knowledge of wild food and foraging. While Chris, a talented musical entertainer and entrepreneur adds his expertise in small business. Together, we constructed our home and tea production facility, with our own two hands. On our property we display dedication to environment by growing Yaupon year-round without the use of fertilizers or pesticides.
